    Quotes are really beautiful. A teacher can create her/his own quotes too. Through out the mission of education, teacher passes with many different situations, and each then will leave a touch on her/him. Thus, teachers after several year, they must be able to write their own ones.

Jacob Kounin Theory

Jacob Kounin theory was that the teacher should have the ability to manage the students behavior through different strategies and techniques. The Teacher by designing an effective lesson plan, will be providing classroom management, and the key is not in dealing with misbehavior rather than preventing them before they occur. There are many ways to design an effective lesson where the teacher should be attentive and make sure that all the students are involved all the time in the lesson and the activities.
