Jacob Kounin theory was that the teacher should have the ability to manage the students behavior through different strategies and techniques. The Teacher by designing an effective lesson plan, will be providing classroom management, and the key is not in dealing with misbehavior rather than preventing them before they occur. There are many ways to design an effective lesson where the teacher should be attentive and make sure that all the students are involved all the time in the lesson and the activities. The main key ideas in the Kounin Model are: 1. The ripple Effect 2. With-it-ness 3. Overlapping 4. Effective transitions 5. Group Focus 5.
